Run program with custom parameters

Hi there, I am trying to make a program that will run a .exe file with a set of custom parameters. Right now, I am running through a simple .bat file on my desktop. but I want to turn it into a program that will allow easy customising.

Here is the info in my .bat file:

echo off

start "" "C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonArma 2 Operation ArrowheadArmA2OA.exe" Parameter "-mod=C:UsersHunter ValleyDocumentsArmA 2;@expansion;@JayArma2Lib;@ACRE;@ACE;@ACEX;@ACEX_RU;@ACEX_USNAVY;@CBA;@CBA_OA"

pause

The kind of interface I have wanted to create for it would look like below. I made this in Microsoft Visual Studio. It would allow the user to tick the boxes for the mods they would like (on the left). Then enter where there arma 2 exe is aswell as there mod folder. (right hand side). Then the button would launch with the exe with the parameters.

Basically I want to make the above information fill in the .bat file and the Launch button would be the same as running the .bat file.

I have seen alot of clever people on here and was wanting to know if this is even possible.

Thanks, BROWNY

BROWNY09,

Welcome to the AutoIt forums. :)

What you want to do is certainly possible in AutoIt, but unfortunately you appear to have missed the Forum rules on your way in. Please read them now (there is also a link at bottom right of each page) - particularly the bit about not discussing game launching - and then you will understand why you will get no help and this thread will now be locked. :naughty:

See you soon with a legitimate question I hope. :)
