computergroove
I am writing a script that has several functions. I have added an if statement at the end of each function that reads Global $Debug = 1 HotKeySet("{F12}","ToggleDebug") While 1 ToolTip("Debug Status: ", & $Debug,0,0) SendH() WEmd Func SendH() Send("h") If $Debug == 1 Then MsgBox(0,"Debug","SendH",2) EndIf EndFunc Func ToggleDebug() ;First attempt If $Debug == 1 Then $Debug = 0 ElseIf $Debug = 1 Then $Debug = 0 EndIf EndFunc Func ToggleDebug() ;Second attempt Switch $Debug Case 0 $Debug = 1 Case 1 $Debug = 0 EndSwitch EndFunc I have tried both ToggleDebug functions listed above and neither work. Is the F12 key off limits or what am I doing wrong? Solution Exit Posted November 8, 2014 Solution Share Posted November 8, 2014 It is good programming practice to check HotKeySet() for errors. For example: If HotKeySet("{F12}","ToggleDebug")= 0 Then MsgBox(Default, Default, "Hotkey invalid or set by another application.") App: Au3toCmd UDF: _SingleScript()
