How to fix hex diacritics (Replace =C4=85 with ą)

Hi guys.
I use extension called "FiltaQuilla" (very nice addon) with my Mozilla Thunderbird to auto "Save Message As A File" preceded by some filter rule.

 

 
In result I have got email message located in my hardrive as a "*.eml" file. All is good but when I open that file with notepad I can't see diacritics and I see symbols like

=C4=85

instead of 

ą

and now is there any way to fix it?

I can make my own function to replace those 18 characters with StringReplace() function but maybe there is some build in function to do that?

This sounds odd. The file should probably be saved as UTF8, and notepad should be able to open that. You could try using FileOpen() with UTF8, followed by and FileRead() and then port the text to any text editor eg. SciTE or notepad++. You can try the other options UTF16 etc...

Actually, just try opening the file with another text editor.
