Hi,

I need to get a list of the OU's "in red" ( only thoses, I dont need sub OU's)

I was playing with these,  but I don't think I got the "base OU" correct

$_Site = "OU=SchoolManagedResources,DC=education,DC=xxxxx,DC=yyyyyy,DC=au"
 $aObjects = _AD_GetObjectsInOU($_Site, "(objectclass=Organizational Unit)")

 Or

$_Site = "OU=SchoolManagedResources,DC=education,DC=xxxxx,DC=yyyyyy,DC=au"
$aObjects = _AD_GetAllOUs ($_Site)

thanks for any help

Nigel

What is the value of @error after you called _AD_GetAllOUs?

Found the probelm,

I was using some code I wrote over a years, ago,  I forgot  the OU was renamed,  and I did not notice it,

This got me the result I wanted,

$_Site ="OU=ManagedResources,DC=education,DC=xxxxx,DC=yyyyyy,DC=au"
    $aObjects = _AD_GetObjectsInOU($_Site, "(objectclass=OrganizationalUnit)", 1, "distinguishedName,description")

The next release of the UDF will allow to pass a parameter to specify how much data will be returned (root, one-level, subtree). Similar to _AD_GetObjectsInOU.

I needed I can post the modified code.

No plans for a release date yet because I only have made some minor changes.
