somedude12
When I add this directive on Scite for AutoIt I can change the description details in my executable but when I leave it empty or omit the directive the description value of the file is "Aut2Exe" #AutoIt3Wrapper_Res_Description= How can I change this behavior? Is there some parameter for AutoIt3Wrapper.exe to leave it empty? This is the compile command executed by Scite: "C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoIt3\SciTE\AutoIt3Wrapper\AutoIt3Wrapper.exe" /in "C:\...\myscript.au3" /console Edited December 23, 2014 by somedude12
Developers Jos Posted December 23, 2014 Developers Share Posted December 23, 2014 AutoIt3Wrapper will default to the resources information found in aut2exe.exe when a field isn't provide. Just put a single dot in it should do it. somedude12
Well the thing is that the Description value of the file is shown in task list manager and if the Description field is empty, I think that the name of the file executed is listed. somedude12
Well I dont want that all my executables are shown in task manager the same way: '.' or 'Aut2Exe' And they all are created with the same executable, only updating resources so it's difficult to be replacing this field with an external resource editing program especially when it's not my pc Edited December 23, 2014 by somedude12
