mreidiv Posted December 30, 2014 Share Posted December 30, 2014 I need a small batch script to delet the files in a folder located in appdataroamingmicrosoftexcel folder for the current user only i have tried del %appdata%roamingmicrosoftexcel*.* in various different syntax. Please understand this is a forum dedicated to assisting people with their own scripts, it is not a place where you put in a request and someone churns up code for you. What you are looking to do is relatively easy. I would suggest beginning by looking at FileDelete in the help file. The examples in that section should give you a good idea how it works. Once you have this down, you can look at the various macros such as @UserProfileDir and @AppDataDir to get you to the right folder.
