Looking for optimization tips for my code (PixelGetColor())

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone

I've created a small script to help me along at a game I'm playing, while this works okay I can notice the FPS lag sometimes and was wondering if anything can be done about it ? (I know PixelGetColor is a resource hog) It's a flash game so memory manipulation is out of the question I'm affraid

What it currently does is check pixels on a health and mana bar and compares that against a black color, if its black send a key

<snip>

Thanks for your time and effort!

jkaberg,

Unfortunately you appear to have missed the Forum rules on your way in. Please read them now (there is also a link at bottom right of each page) - particularly the bit about not discussing game automation - and then you will understand why you will get no help and this thread will now be locked. :naughty:

See you soon with a legitimate question I hope. :)
