When the sound of the microphones is high creates an unpleasant sound, is there any way to reduce noise using Autoit?

Is it an electronic hiss or hum?  Usually that's caused by electronic interference created by your computer itself.   If that's the case, the only way is to turn up the squelch so it's not heard in the silence, or remove it in post processing by applying an inverse of the noise to the recording.  If it's wind-noise, a foam ball over the microphone can help, and has the advantage of dampening the "plosive" issues that most microphones have.

What I need is to filter the sound decreasing the high frequencies (treble), medium (average) and low (bass) and tmb slightly decrease the amplification of the mics. because from what I researched this helps cause the unpleasant noise.

I am posting the information I need to do to reduce the noise, but I have no idea how I can do what I need in Autoit.
