Sleep until file exists

I know this is a simple question, but I tried the following two ways and it doesn't seem to work:

Do

Sleep(5000)

Until FileExists("c:\whatever.txt")

While 0

FileExists("c:\whatever.txt")

Wend

The Do...Until should work.

While 0 is false so it will fail.
