Here my contribution to the clock fever - nothing special rather a fast hack:

Left eye = hour, right eye = minutes, pupil light = seconds

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can rename the compiled script to *.scr to behave as an screensaver. Furthermore you can copy the *.scr to System32 (x86 system) or SysWOW64 (x64 system) and configure it as a screensaver incl. preview.

Pretty cool.  A couple of ideas I thought of.  It would be neat of there were eye lashes that twitched to show seconds or maybe the eyes blink at an interval, (5 seconds, 6, 10).

You could actually do this clock where the left eye gives the hour/minute depending upon where the eye is in relation to the hour and how far along it is into it like you have now. That way you wouldn't need to look at both eyes to tell the time. The right eye could be used for the seconds.

I think BrewManNH basically meant change the right eye to seconds and infer minutes based on how far into the hour the left eye is.  The only problem I see with that idea is precision.  It's easy to determine what the hour is, but due to the large size of the pupils I would think anyone would be hard pressed to tell the difference between say 12:00 and 12:10 or 7:30 and 7:40.  I tried changing line 63 to use @‌SEC instead of @MIN just to see what it looked like...pretty fun.

edit:  What about a highlight that circled the left pupil to represent minutes?

I like Lakes idea too.  I can envision a cool binary clock scheme for the teeth.

I updated the code and added the nose (semi circle) for representing the seconds. 

Actually I don't think it is a good idea to "overload" the "face" with displaying anything else like date, daylight, etc.

But I'm thinking of adding some gimmicks that the eyes "going crazy"...

​It is a binary string (a png image) encoded in base64 format to save some bytes when embedding files into the script.

The PNG image will be loaded directly from the memory and converted to a gdi+ bitmap format.

Updated the code.

By default the windows size is now at 50% and added 2 additional "crazy" modes which may appear every minute.

​I don't know how to set the GUI onto the secure desktop yet.

The steps for ScreenSaver, not sure about Widows lock screen (are you talking about the logon security window?)

Rename the EXE extension to SCR

Right click on renamed file and click on install

The Screen Saver screen comes up and you can add it to your other screen savers.

 

I do not have permissions to do change the screensaver - can someone verify that this works (attached - or create your own)?
