Excel - detect if range is empty

whats the command for Excel, detect if range is empty??? command is not available in excel udf,

and I found command for VBA  but dont know how to convert in autoit..

Sub Empty()
If WorksheetFunction.CountA(Range("A38:P38")) = 0 Then
MsgBox "Empty"
Else
MsgBox "Not Empty"
End If

silly me, what I did is

$oExcel.ActiveSheet.Range("B14:B38") = 0 Then
