Reading Screen Text where AU3Info says there isn't any

Hi,

I've had good success 'screen scraping' from various windows applications and I'm now trying to use the technique to reply to 'WTOR's from an IBM mainframe via a 3270 emulator.  I have tried with various emulators including wc3270 and VistaTn3270 but in each case AU3Info reports no visible text and whatever method I use (WinGetText, ControlGetText etc),  with window titles,  handles,  control id's etc fails to return any text.

Assuming that Au3Info is correct and AutoIt can't see the window text,  are there any other methods I can use to get at the screen text ?
