Detecting QWidget Controls

Recommended Posts

Hi guru,

I am trying to AUtoIt this app http://sourceforge.net/projects/xca/

There is 5 tabs in there, but when i utilized the finder tools, it doesn't seem to recognize any control button or tab. I tried ranorexSpy and it doesn't seem to get far either. As seen in the picture, no matter where i point my mouse, that is all i have in the ranorexSpy.

What can i do here. For example, after i open the app, i would like it to select certificate tab, then goto New Cert (This we can simulate with Alt N). but after that there is another dialog box which has more controls which the finder tools cannot find.

Hope to hear from everyone recommendation.

Server Certificate Created by XCA uses obsolete cryptography(like TLS1.1). please add option to select algorithms for connection, message authentication, key exchange etc. Problem is cannot open site through firefox through https, gives TLS Error (more…)

argumentum, what are you trying to indicate by the quote?

I am trying to automate the software, but the spy++ finder does find the handle of the controls as it is a qwidget. That is the issue i am having.
