Recommended Posts

Hey im looking to rebind my wasd keys to arrow keys in order to play a game using my phone and chrom remote access. I tried using controlsend to send a arrow keys when i push wasd. Problem lies in that it sends both w (for example) and the up arrow key aswell as asd etc. Any ideas how to get around this?

Exit
_HotKey("w")
_HotKey("a")
_HotKey("s")
_HotKey("d")
_HotKey("x")
Func _HotKey($hotkey = "")
    Switch @HotKeyPressed

        Case "w"
            Send("{up}")
        Case "a"
            Send("{left}")
        Case "s"
            Send("{down}")
        Case "d"
            Send("{right}")
        Case "x"
            Exit 0 * MsgBox(64 + 262144, Default, "Exit", 1)
        Case Else
            If Not IsDeclared("hotkey") Then Return MsgBox(16 + 262144, Default, "No CASE statement defined for hotkey " & @HotKeyPressed)
            If HotKeySet($hotkey, "_Hotkey") = 0 Then Return MsgBox(16 + 262144, Default, "Hotkey " & $hotkey & " invalid or set by another application.")
    EndSwitch

EndFunc   ;==>_HotKey

While Sleep(100) ; here should be your application.
WEnd ; meanwhile, here is a dummy loop.

You just gave him code for a bot... Yet when someone actually needs help with keys for a legitimate application they get ignored?

Scripthen, as has been stated again and again and again - just report the post and move alone (done, now). The Mod team will deal both with the OP and anyone dumb enough to provide them what they're after.

Scripthen,

You have just earned yourself a short holiday from the forum - we do not want that kind of language here.

Exit;

Which part of " in order to play a game " in the OP was not clear? Last warning to you not to help those who are blatantly breaking the rules.

      Hi,
      The FAQ proposed as a solution to keys getting stuck  to do this command
      ControlSend("", "", "", "text", 0) However this sends "text" to the last active control if I am not mistaken.I have tried this with
      controlsend("", "", "", "{altup}{shiftup}{ctrlup}", 0) This is already a lot better but still fails 1/10
      I cannot allow the script to send "text" to the last active control, and its a bit silly to let it send to somewhere where its harmless no?
      Are there any other methods of unstucking keys?

      Hi guys,
      I'm learning about GUI's, I'm trying the below code, the idea being if I press the letter "e" while I have the GUI open I want the label color to change to green (I'm using a UDF for label colors). But every time I press "e" on my keyboard I just get a "ding" sound from my speakers and nothing changes with the label.
      I've looked at using something like "While GUIGetMsg() <> $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE" as I've seen it in other code instead of "While 1", but I don't think it's relevant.
      #include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>; for GUI... #include <GUIRichLabel.au3>; UDF for rich text label fonts #include <Misc.au3>; for _IsPressed $myLetter = "e" $hGUI = GUICreate("test", 700, 60) $lbl2 = _GUICtrlRichLabel_Create($hGUI, '<font color="purple">' & $myLetter & '</font>', 10, 10); , 260, 25 GUISetState(@SW_SHOW) Local $hDLL = DllOpen("user32.dll") While 1 if _IsPressed(Hex($myLetter), $hDLL) Then While _IsPressed(Hex($myLetter), $hDLL) Sleep(250) WEnd _GUICtrlRichLabel_SetData($lbl2, '<font color="green">' & $myLetter & '</font>') Sleep(2000) DllClose($hDLL) Exit EndIf Sleep(50) WEnd DllClose($hDLL) I am using an array of letters that I'm wanting to do this for, but as I can't get it to work I've stripped it down to the simplest code I can think of to try and get this working first. Appreciate any help.
      Thanks!
