Chimaera Posted June 15, 2015 Share Posted June 15, 2015 I have a gui which has 100+ buttons and probably twice that in labels etcIf i add GUICtrlSetTip to all buttons for example does the gui have to load them all before it starts?The load time is already a few seconds and i dont want to make it worse but i would like to add detail for people to use it betteram i better to add them to a label instead? does it incur less cost being a simpler item?Any thoughts? Chimaera Posted June 15, 2015 Author Share Posted June 15, 2015 Ok no probs, i was just curious before i started all the tooltips as to whether it made things worse.I dont even know if they are loaded when the gui loads or just when the button is hovered.I would imagine there must be some loading of the scripts related to tooltip, pre gui so that it can make a tooltip when needed If Ive just helped you ... miracles do happen.
