Controls in VB.NET programs

I've tried to automate a test of a program, written in VB.NET with AutoIt. I had problems to identify many controls, like the menubar or textboxes with AutoIt Window Info. I don't want to activate a control by using its screen coordinates. Does anyhone have experiences with AutoIt and VB.NET programs and controls?

Hi!

Some times ago I read in the forums, that .net applictions are not reachable through AutoIt. And as the .net-code is translated on-the-fly to pseudo-machine code by Windows, it should be not easy to access them. You could identify the controls' positions with PixelGetColor if it is very important, or do the things by keyboard.
