Noobiee
Is there any tricks make the autoit program use less cpu? I have an autoit program to search for certain elements and do some actions... Currently sleep is set 60 ....And the worst part is that it uses 18% cpu...Constantly taking my CPU temp to 95 C in an hour... Any idea how to fix it? scintilla4evr
Does your script use GUI, and if it does, does it use standard controls (GUICtrlCreate***) or self-rendered controls? Because, even if you use 100 milliseconds delay, many operations on, for example GDI+ objects can make your script use that much CPU. For example, early versions of my image editor were able to use more than 50% of CPU with 100 milliseconds delay. Edited July 5, 2015 by scintilla4evr Just Monika.
