Right now you are comparing only strings e.g. test.exe with Test.exe, which of course is different with StringCompare() on account of the first upper-case T. Perhaps you should compare filetime and size OR then contents OR perhaps use an existing file sync tool. Choice is yours, you're the developer here, not me.
