realcapone
Hi everyone! I am just wondering if there is a predefined Function or Macro for the Program Files directory for the 64Bit OS? I am currently running on a Win 7 64Bit system and I installed Ccleaner. I'll just use Ccleaner as an example but I'm also going to use this line/script for other programs as well that might reside on the Program Files folder. When I use the script below it will redirect to the Program Files(x86) folder instead. I am aware that I can create a function and use the @OSArch macro and do some if statements but I would rather use a predefined macro if there is one. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. BrewManNH
If you want to use the C:\Program Files folder instead of the (x86) folder, you can compile as 64 bit. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. realcapone
Hey, sorry was trying to get things together. Uhm @guiness the code does nothing. Well BrewManNH's workaround works but I guess what I'm trying to really say is I want to use the @ProgramFilesDir or something similar for both (x86) and the one without. Currently, I'm running my programs by manually typing in their paths. Thanks for your inputs.

guinness
Did you look in the console of SciTE? Or change them to MsgBox(4096, "", ...) instead.
