Single DLL file for OCR

Recommended Posts

Hi

my friend and I have been working on a little project.

problem is we need to use OCR.

we exhausted google only finding about programs that require installation (such as tesseract).

we are looking for a small DLL file that handles OCR for English and digits - that doesn't require installation and isn't heavy

any help will be appreciated!

Wow okay. I have been working on that for 2 hours.

but I cant get those OCRs to work.

an explanation what each file does would be helpful though.

The example literally doesn't work - the result comes back empty...

Edit: put the tessdata in the correct place

now It detects the example image but FC on any other image

its even FCing on a copy of the example file. I have no idea why
