VDdev Posted August 12, 2015 Share Posted August 12, 2015 Hi guys, I've made a pretty long scrpt, and then I obfuscated it for sharing purposes, but then I lost my au3 file from the laptop and I have now just the obfuscted one... VDdev Posted August 12, 2015 Author Share Posted August 12, 2015 I have an obfuscator.exe, I did not obfuscated it manually, and I don't know how it works :SMy script is around 8k lines and I would not like to wirte it again from 0... and my only chance is to deobfuscate the obfuscated code of my script... How should a program know that $a1235907236 needs to be translated back to $sUserID?If the process of obfuscation could be reverted then it is useless, isn't it? Lot of work.When did you first write the script?In the meantime a lot might have changed and you might be able to write better code that performs better and is shorter. Like $aThisImportantArray was changed to $a456437835685 in every instance right? And If I knew the structure of my code, I'm sure I could figure out that $a456437835685 needs to be changed back to $aThisImportantArray, and just do a search -> replace?I just looked at my biggest project.. 6.5K lines... and.. ouch.
