AHK functionallity in AutoIt

Recommended Posts

Dear all,

I am new to Autoit and I am trying to figure out if it's possible to make a macro which would work in one window and then I could work in another in the same time.

I was doing it with AHK. In this example my program was only working in that active window when I started my AHK script.

I would like to rewrite it in Autoit.

SetControlDelay -1

Random, rand, 150, 220

MsgBox, 262144,, ONE/TWO, F5 - reload, F6 - pause, F9 - exit.

Pause
keywait, MButton, D
keywait, MButton

MouseGetPos, xONE, yONE, ONE

keywait, MButton, D
keywait, MButton

MouseGetPos, xTWO, yTWO, TWO

Sleep 100
Loop
{
Random, Loop, 1, 1
Loop, %Loop%
{
ControlClick, x%xONE% y%yONE%, ahk_ID %ONE%,, left, 1
Random, sleep, 250, 320
Sleep, %sleep%
}
Random, Loop, 20, 25
Loop, %Loop%
{
ControlClick, x%xTWO% y%yGC%, ahk_ID %GC%,, left, 1
Random, sleep, 280, 300
Sleep, %sleep%
}
}
return

F9:: exitapp

F6:: pause

F5:: Reload

I assume you can not post a screen shot of your application here?
Bur can you at least describe what the script needs to do? I wonder why you calculate random numbers for the number of loops and the sleep statement :huh:
I hope I didn't misinterpret your AHK code.

I cannot make a screenshot, sorry.

Script above is just an example (random numbers are not needed in this case). Basically I just need to use left click in particular window time to time to accept some requests (they are always in the same place) triggering my script with one button (F6 in code above).

I am interesed in rewriting these lines to set coordinates and to click in the window I want to:

//script is waiting for Midle Mouse button (D) to set coordinates for clicking
keywait, MButton, D
keywait, MButton

MouseGetPos, xONE, yONE, ONE

SLeep 3000
//Clicking in particular window in the place where Midle Mouse button was used
ControlClick, x%xONE% y%yONE%, ahk_ID %ONE%,, left, 1

I hope it's possible (and easy enough) to do it in autoit

osomness,

Just out of interest, why are you trying to port what appears to be a working AHK script into AutoIt?
