Make parent gui inacessable when the child gui is active

GUISetState(@SW_DISABLE, $hParentGUI) as the child is created and the corresponding @SW_ENABLE call when it is closed should do the trick.

i have been using extended style $WS_EX_MDICHILD when creating the child GUI. makes the parent GUI "flash" in response to any attempt to using it, until the child GUI is done with and destroyed.

Touch - set the "modified" timestamp of a file to current time
