Not able to install .msi

Welcome to the AutoIt forums.

it would help if you could post the AutoIt script you are using to attempt the msi install. When you post your code please use Code tags - see here how to do it.  Then you get a scrolling box and syntax colouring which makes it very clear to read.

Hi, dharani. In addition to what Melba is suggesting, I find this syntax is usually the easiest to follow for MSI installations; it allows you to ensure you have the path correct:

$sMSI = <file path to MSI>
    If FileExists($sMSI) Then
        ShellExecuteWait('msiexec.exe', '/i "' & $sMSI & '" /qb')
    Else
        ;Your choice of error notification
        MsgBox(0, "Error!", "File path incorrect!")
    EndIf
