gottygolly
Is it possible to monitor network traffic using autoit? I've used wireshark but i'm bored and want to try and make my own.
iamtheky
I suppose that would depend on what you want to know about the packets? You might be able to do one thing, like count the packets; but I wouldnt give this slow kid any more responsibilities than door greeter, because its probably even going to suck at that job and miss a few folk when large parties arrive.wrapping winpcap or Microsoft NetMon would be my efforts to 'using autoit', but it would only format and filter the output and have nothing to do with packet capture. pcjunki
If your switch has port mirroring your could mirror the port, then capture the data
