water
AutoIt comes with an UDF for IE so I would start there. Please have a look at the help file and the examples provided there. gruntydatsun
Use Scheduled tasks to periodically run the script.I don't think you can take a screenshot if the image isn't on the screen so you might need to interrupt the user briefly to get your screenshot.Press F1 to get the helpfile up and go to UserDefined Functions > IE Management and read up on _IECreate and _IENavigate for pushing around IEFor the screenshots read up in helpfile section UserDefined Functions > ScreenCapture Management. The helpfiles have great examples. ViciousXUSMC
Most likely he can get what he needs without a screenshot, be it from inetget() to get a image, or just the standard source code reading type stuff.Guess it depends on his needs and the site, but we really do not know anything about either. gruntydatsun
Yes perhaps he could. You'll need InetRead, BinaryToString to get the text and StringRegExp to pull out the parts you want and InetGet to get the images. All are in the helpfile. Use the search tab and they'll show up easy. Doing it this way would be a little harder but it would not interrupt the user at all which was one of your requirements.
