$sText=StringReplace(ControlGetText("Generate Indications", "", 1513), "/", "")
    Do
       $sA1=_ArrayToString($aResult, "", $iI, $iI, @CRLF, 7, 13)

global $iCmp= StringCompare($sTex,$sA1)
       if $iCmp=0 Then
         msgBox($MB_SYSTEMMODAL, "", "ok " &$iI&"--"&  $sText&"--"&$sA1)
         $b=1
      Else
         msgBox($MB_SYSTEMMODAL, "", "fail#: " &  $sText&"--"&$sA1)
         $iI=$iI+1
         EndIf
until $b=1

I assume you should have $sText instead of $sTex for the compare, and I have no idea where $aResult is being gotten from so I assume this is only partial code.

Its not because of the  $sText instead of $sTex. I fixed it and still not working.

$aResult is taking the data from excel list. All working fine except comparing part

$sText=StringReplace(ControlGetText("Generate Indications", "", 1513), "/", ""); taking the data from application
$sA1=_ArrayToString($aResult, "", $iI, $iI, @CRLF, 7, 13); taking the data from excel list

It should compare all the data in the excel list till  find a match. But comparing part is totally failure. StringCompare not working, statements not working.

Strings that i m tring to compare is like this

CTRLMCBHGGIO1SPCSO1

CTRLLPHD1DevStr

CTRLCALH1GrWrn

and so on.

Try it with the Excel functions.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
