Is it possible to create a statement that if the key is hold for 3 seconds then it will do some action?.

What am i trying to do is if they pressed f1 for 3 seconds then processclose().

I checked the iskeyPressed I can't find the option to make IF statement when it has been hold for 3 seconds.

Any help or idea if this is possible is pretty much appreciated. Thank you in advanced.
