iPhone to PC file transfer utility written in AutoIt ?

I need to transfer pictures from IPhone to PC.

Is there already an AutoIt solution?

If not, can you tell me another solution, preferable Freeware

If AutoPlay is activated onr your computer as soon as you connect an iPhone you get asked how to use it.
Either select "Import Pictures and Videos" or "Open in Windows Explorer" (or similar as I translated it from German).
On the iPhone select "allow" so the PC can access the stored pictures and videos.
