Where does my Menu Bar go?

Hi Guys,

I've created a pretty looking Gui with a nice menu bar along the top. When I select one of the buttons I want it to be able to display a new screen within my Gui. (Pretty much exactly as a Tab Control would do but I think it looks better with a menu than a tab control). I can't understand how to do this using the Menu bar, is it possible to tab through various screens within ur Gui using the menu bar or is the Tab control the only way???

If there is a way then could you give me a clue on how to do it!!
