Hello,

I have list of windows handle in a file and compare if an handle is found. Is crazy but i can't make this simple task! :(

The variable $test and $test 2 are equal so why the only one work is the last one with $test2 and passing directly the handle not? I have try my "stable" 3.3.8.1 and also with the last, same result

Thanks

MyEarth,

The GUI handle will change each time you open a window - it is a Windows unique ID and is generated afresh each time so is very, very unlikely to be the same for subsequent instances.  Hence the only valid handle will be the one generated by WinGetHandle  on the current instance- all the other numbers are either invalid as handles or point to some other element, which is not going to work.
