[SOLVED] Closest real numbers

Hello,

I need help, I need to find nearest real numbers, could somebody find function if it exists(or write it)?

Examples:
1.25 output would be 1 and 2
31.123 output would be 31 and 32
24 output would be 24
100.01 output would be 100 and 101
