using wheel on GUI windows from external prog "preme"

I use this beautiful program "preme" to easily manage windows (for example wheel down on title bar hides that win):

It has always worked also with Autoit's GUI windows, but now the new version work on all windows BUT autoit...

Now, if I scroll the wheel on title, it does nothing. But if I keep pressed the left mouse button, I get the corresponding behaviour correctly. So the problem seems to be on mouse wheel.

Sadly the prog updates to the last version, so I can't install an older working version.

 

Anyway, are Autoit GUI windows different from other windows?

Can anything be done to make them equal?
