BWood
Have used AutoIt successfully in the past. Just installed on Win 8.1 64 bit. Selected to use (recommended) 32 bit options while installing (should still work I think). MouseMove / MouseClick don't work. They return 1, but mouse does nothing. Script: #include <MsgBoxConstants.au3> Opt("WinTitleMatchMode", 2) ; partial match Opt("MouseCoordMode",0) ; relative to active window WinActivate("My Window") WinWaitActive("My Window") If WinActive("My Window") Then MsgBox($MB_SYSTEMMODAL, "", "WinActive" & @CRLF & "Window is active.") ; good Else MsgBox($MB_SYSTEMMODAL, "", "WinActive" & @CRLF & "Window not active.") EndIf Local $v1 $v1 = MouseClick("", 141, 123) MsgBox(0, "Click Result", String($v1)) ; 1, but mouse did nothing

Moderators Melba23 Posted February 17, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 17, 2016 BWood, And what is this window you are activating? It is well-known that certain types of windows have anti-bot measures to prevent scripts from working within them. I guess there is just something funny about the window then. Thanks.
