Excel + AutoIT - help/guidance

Recommended Posts

Love the site!

I am stuck on a project and need someones help, mainly guidance.

I am really trying to figure out where and what the code route is for my problem here:

Attached opens a small program, which has drop down menus (4) for columns in an excel file.

I have a file->open already in place, what I need help with is how to get AutoIT to read the file once the file is selected (do I add another button?)

Once the data is stored in an (array I assume?) I wanted it to call a specific program, (by class ID?) and copy the data into a 3rd party program, (assuming use the TAB and sleep key?)

Any help would be appreciated!

Use _Excel_RangeRead to read the Excel workbook into an array.
