emendelson
I use the Run command in a script to launch a DOS emulator called vDos. When vDos is launched from a Windows shortcut, its titlebar displays the name of the shortcut. In other words, when vDos runs, its titlebar has the string that is in the top field of the General tab in the shortcut's Properties panel. So if the shortcut is named Foobar, the titlebar of vDos displays "Foobar" not "vDos." Is there a way to send the string "Foobar" to the application when I launch it from the Run command in AutoIt? emendelson
<Slap on forehead> Years ago, I knew that command, and managed to forget it. Thank you. It's exactly what I was looking for and should have remembered.
