MouseClick issue

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

i'm a new user for the AutoIt scripting and i'm trying to do some tests to approach it.

All i want to do with this script is to continuously check a pixel using PixelSearch() and when its colour changes to the one i want, do some click operations.

This is the simple script i wrote:

#include <AutoItConstants.au3>
$rewardb = 0x9557A3
$pixel = PixelSearch(638, 455, 638, 455, $rewardb)
$var = 1
Do
    PixelSearch(638, 455, 638, 455, $rewardb)
    If @error <> 1 Then
        MouseClick("left",638, 455,1,1)
        MouseClick("left",638, 455,1,1)
        MouseClick("left",579, 460,1,1)

    EndIf
Until $var <> 1

I think it's written in a good way, but when the pixel colour changes to $rewardb, the script performs a move with the cursor and holds the mouse's left button, but it doesn't release it up! Can you explain me why?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I don't think so, but your script is in a never ending loop. Also some applications specialy games don't accect automated mouseclicks. What's the name of application you want to automate? Most there are better ways than Mouseclick to automate them.

Thanks for the interest, so the real problem's that the game i want to automate doesn't accept mouseclicks. Do you know any way to make a game accepting these mouseclicks?

eMaffin,

Welcome to the AutoIt forum.

Unfortunately you appear to have missed the Forum rules on your way in. Please read them now - particularly the bit about not discussing game automation - and then you will understand why you will get no help and this thread will now be locked.

See you soon with a legitimate question I hope.
