ICQ background message sending

Hello,

I'm working in some program which is running on a remote desktop. When I do smth wrong it shows me big red screen. But I can't always look at the monitor. Sometimes I scanning smth in other room and can't see what's happening in my program. I wrote a script that plays .wav file when some pixel turns red, but found out that audio service on that remote desktop is stoped. I can't turn it on cause I'm not an administrator. But there's an ICQ client (QIP) installed on that remote desktop. So I thought I could change my ICQ client sound to my error.wav from previous script and when the pixel on remote desktop turns red (I can run scripts on it) it will send me any message. The thing is that this must be done in background cause im scanning some barcodes and the textfield in which I scan it must be always active. Is there any advice on how I can do this? Or any other idea how to play some sound from remote desktop (audio service is turned off and I'm not an admin)?

I think easiest way to solve: "Talk to your Admin, he will solve this for you". As you a have no admin privileges you can't install such a programm.

It can take up to 2 minutes to receive. I'm scanning 2-3 barcodes in a second, it'll be to late)

For such cases I'm using SMS but not Free SMS Gateway but commercial service's. So I send via HTTP Request.
In such cases sms going to me in few seconds.

I'm buying this for 50 PLN ~ 13 EURO

And I can send 1 eco SMS  per   0,065 PLN
or 0,12 PLN per SMS pro

In my work I'm using this to sends me an SMS in case when Backup was not correctly uploaded to NAS.

I used sms agrigator before. Don't know about Verizon, T-mobile, AT&T and Sprint used in SMS sender script but Russian MTS really takes to much time.

By the way everything is blocked except ICQ(QIP), Mozilla Thunderbird and our company homepage.

So there's no way to send ICQ message in background from RDP to my current Desktop client, right?

Do you need to send message inside one local network ?
What is blocked in local tcp communication, by your net admins ?
Try to look for TCPSend ..... as I think you do not must have ICQ to send message between computers.

Unfortunately network is not local. I connect there by Windows default RDP. I can share my local printer, drives and clipboard.

Do you use any VPN tunelling for security ?
If so you can sending TCPSend just like on local network, unless NET Admin makes more security rules....

No) There is no VPN tunelling used.

So you are using the RDP protocol to connect to the remote "server" over port 3389 (and hope you use an SSL connection as plain RDP is cleartext = very insecure).
Only available functionality is the supported functionality in the RDP protocol like de Drive/Printer/Com sharing.
