Is this an Autoit Icon?

Recommended Posts

HI

I returned to work today and had a small window open that would not close. This was the image that showed up on the Windows Toolbar for the open item.

Is this associated with Autoit? If not, does anyone recognize it?

qwiqshot,

That icon is not associated with AutoIt as far as I know - and why would you even think it was?

@qwiqshot, although it is not an "AutoIt" icon, you may have a piece of software written in AutoIt on the PC, which is using that icon. I would be more concerned with what it is than what it is written in, personally. Have you gone through your running processes or Add/Remove Programs to try and identify the application in question? That will probably prove much more productive than posting a screenshot and hoping someone knows just what it is...

@Melba23 & @JLogan3o13

Melba23 I was merely eliminating possibilities. Autoit was the only thing recently (in a year) installed and I have never seen the image before.

JLogan3o13 I had already looked into the installed software, searched the folders of everything not stock windows. I even did a google image search with no results.

Thank you bot for the replies.

You didn't check which processes were running and started to kill them one at the time until the Icon disappeared?

So, you couldn't right click on the taskbar and choose Task Manager? If that is the case, you have much bigger problems than what the icon is...
