Our commercial application does not run properly and the logs show that the error thrown is java.lang.NymberFormatException. However, when we do a profile reset or login with other users, the same installation on the same machine runs perfect. Any idea what can be the possibilities that can checked to troubleshoot this problem? We've tried everything including removing and reinstalling Java, the application and anything that could be closely related. We have also tried cleaning the registry, cache and temporary files. I also thought the same but then I compared it to some other machine on which I could login with that user and the regional settings were the same.
