Help with Radio Buttons output to an INI file

Hello,

How can I edit this script to output the radio button selection to an ini file with the numbers in the radio button?

I need the INI file output created on the C-drive with this format:

[SIGNON]
DlrNo=<input_from_radio_button>

Also, if I can get a Create Button at bottom on Dialog Box that would close the box and creates the ini file at same time.
