Damein Posted August 5, 2016 Share Posted August 5, 2016 So I know that in CMD I can use the following to launch a website via Edge, but I can't seem to get it to work through Autoit. start microsoft-edge:https://google.com To my knowledge the Run() command is suppose to execute a CMD but the script does nothing with it. And since I won't be using Edge for daily usage its a solid way for me to track it. Most recent sig. As a side note, it turns out that you cannot manually run Edge by trying to run the .exe via Windows Explorer, they don't allow it. Weird. You have to create a shortcut linking to it to be able to execute it in any fashion other than the Taskbar/Start Menu. %windir%\explorer.exe shell:Appsfolder\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MicrosoftEdge Funky!
