Cormin Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 (edited) Every time I compile a script to exe it adds characters to the front of the script preventing me from compiling again until I delete them. How can I fix this? Here is a screenshot. Forgive me if this is not the correct section for the SciTE editor, I couldn't seem to find a spot for it. This wonderful site allows debugging and testing regular expressions (many flavors available). An absolute must have in your bookmarks.Another excellent RegExp tutorial. Don't forget downloading your copy of up-to-date pcretest.exe and pcregrep.exe hereRegExp tutorial: enough to get startedPCRE v8.33 regexp documentation latest available release and currently implemented in AutoIt beta. SQLitespeed is another feature-rich premier SQLite manager (includes import/export). Thank you very much for your help! Is there a chance you could give a brief description of why my file has a BOM and not every file does? Also are there advantages to other encoders? AFAICT latest SciTE4AutoIt3 uses UTF8 w/o BOM for new files and work pretty well that way. About BOMs or absence of, google is your one stop friend.
