DrK
I help develop an Open Source project (a password manager that can send keys to web pages when the user wants to logon - it is not a scripting language). I really like your curly bracket syntax and the use of '+' and '!' for Shift and Alt etc. We already do similar functions but using this syntax would allow more keys to be added very simply. Are there any licence/copyright issues for using the same syntax in the open source project for the same function? Many thanks
Moderators Melba23 Posted October 16, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 16, 2016 DrK, Thank you very much for taking the trouble to ask. I do not believe that there would be any problem at all in using AutoIt syntax for the same sort of function - after all, how many ways are there to arrange code syntax? I will point the AutoIt author to this thread, but I suggest that unless you hear otherwise very shortly you assume that he is content.
