I've been scripting a lot with AHK before and when Windows 10 was forced upon me, I sadly learnt that AHK had a big problem with its speed of doing pixel searches and image searches, due to something in windows 10 (I think it's because of the now non removable aero effect in windows). So I was thinking of rewriting my scripts in AutoIt and want to ask you guys if AutoIt has the same problem or not? Since AHK is based on AutoIt. Thanks in advance! iamtheky Posted November 5, 2016 Share Posted November 5, 2016 While there may be an issue with your solution and solutions written similarly in AutoIt would exhibit the same; I don't have any issues with GDI+ stuff on win10. AutoBert Posted November 5, 2016 Share Posted November 5, 2016 I never progt in AHK, but Pixelsearch is a ugly way with failures. If realy needed to analyse diferences on screen have a look on the FastFind.au3. I think this is the fastest way. As it comes with a DLL you could use this DLL also with AHK.
