Search a word within a web page

I can not find any script example, to search for one word in a web page. The first problem is that I haven't found any browser that lets you copy the result of the search (by Ctrl F, Find on page), the number of how many matches he find. Someone try that before? Can you help me plese? Im a beguiner so I just copy scripts, try to understand it, copy paste, and modify. What  I need is do a list of the pages that contain <>0 key words. 
I was thinking to doit using Auto3record plus some scripts I copied: so I charge the page, apply scroll down the page to charge all the page, after that, to use Ctrl F (find bar) of any browser, copy that result, and paste it into a txt document, and copy paste as well the web on the a address bar every time, and go to the next page. Thanks.

It's to find matches in facebook.com/id/likes page of friends, followers or whatever. To find matches and know who can I delete. I thing could be a useful tool, interesting for more people.

Thanks for your attention. I want to find any possible way. I try  Google Advanced Serch and looks like It's not able to search within this page, probably because it have restricted access? The information only can be viewed by logging in, and checking on the friends profile page, Likes section, as long as they haven't block it by privacy options.

I find one way to know if there is matches or not, instaling Quick Find extension for Opera or Chrome. This extension show a new tap only wend find matches, with part of the sentence with key word. So I can select and copy that, or select and copy nothing (because there is nothing clickable in that place before the tap), so paste somethings o nothing to my list.   But to acces to this tab I need to use the mouse,  so now I'm trying to do something with Tinytask too...
