Finding Sub-String Index

suppose we Have this String 

$oString = "Install APP -r Desktop"

How to Divide this String Into 2 or 3 sub-strings...I want to find the sub-string that comes after the "-r" so I can Find the "Desktop" sub-string....and the sub-string that comes after "Install" so I can find "APP" and so on

I tried using StringMid and StringLeft but It requires number

Something like this:

#include <StringConstants.au3>
#include <Array.au3>
$sString = "Install APP -r Desktop"
$aResult = StringSplit($sString, " -r ", $STR_ENTIRESPLIT)
_ArrayDisplay($aResult)
