peter1234
BeSweet is a command line audio encoder that does most types of conversions. But is not easy to use.
poisonkiller
Directly from readme file(i tried to use BeSweet): this program allows a direct conversion from AC3/MPA/MP2/MP3/WAV/LPCM/VOB to WAV/MP2/MP3/OGG/AIFF/AC3 and also WaveMP3 & Dolby-Digital-WAV. the output product can be customized using many many switches. It means that i cant convert .wma files
