vi779900
I'm trying to use autoit for a program called OPTICENTRIC, which has a window with 2 columns that are mirrored. So all the the drop boxes, radio, and check boxes have the same ID and control button for each, I have disabled spy and to no avail. Is there a way to use control command using an items handle number????
water
Welcome to AutoIt and the Forum! Could you please post a screenshot of the AutoIt Window Info Tool for the left and right column? Maybe the instance number is different and makes them unique. water
As the window info tool does not provide any information about the controls it's not possible to automate them using Control* functions. vi779900
Do you recommend any other methods? I'm trying to avoid coordinates since the program is used on different monitors of various resolutions and I don't want mistakes on the checkboxes @water

Danny35d
@nitekram No, I haven't tested with the newest release. I know the post is 12 years old, but the download is a zip file containing the source code and .exe files. I been using this tool for years and the exe file still good. If you need or want a challenge go ahead and update the source code to the latest release.
