Reads the text in listview

Hi,
If i used _Guictrllistview_additem to add item in the listview i cannot use then guictrlread($listview) to get the selected item but if i used guictrlcreatelistviewitem everything would be fine so i wonder how can i get the text of the selected item in the listview by using _guictrllistview_additem since it's faster than guictrlcreatelistviewitem 
i wish if you understand what i mean

Im guessing,

$read = StringSplit(_GUICtrlListView_GetItemTextString($ListView1,2),"|",2)[0] 
$output = GUICtrlRead($read)
ConsoleWrite($output)

or show your Script, funny, its like a guessing game
